We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends home to our pet-friendly apartments in Costa Mesa. To help keep our community enjoyable for every household, we’ve outlined a few guidelines below:
Permitted Pets at Bloom South Coast Metro
- Cats and dogs are welcome residents
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- Each pet must weigh 35 lbs or less
- Guest pets are not permitted
Breed Restrictions
- To help maintain a safe and comfortable community, certain breed restrictions may apply, unless your pet is a certified service animal. If you’d like to ask about approved breeds before you book your tour, give our leasing team a call, and they will be glad to help.
Pet Fees and Deposit
- $50 monthly pet fee per pet
- $400 pet deposit
Pet Screening
- Pet screening is not required before move-in.
