Tours and Visits
How do I tour an apartment and check out the community?
We’d love to show you around! You’re welcome to stop by for a walk-in tour at your convenience, or if you prefer to schedule a tour, our leasing team will be happy to arrange an appointment that works best for you so you can see our floor plans in person.
Application and Leasing
How do I apply for an apartment in your complex?
The application process is easy and entirely online. Just head over to our website when you’re ready and enter your information from wherever you are!
What documents do I need to provide for the application process?
To get started, we’ll need either your two most recent paystubs or six current consecutive bank statements from the same account. Whichever is easiest for you.
What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?
Applicants must have a monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent to qualify. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, feel free to reach out to our leasing office. We’re happy to guide you.
What is the lease term for the apartments?
At Bloom, our lease terms range from 12 to 15 months, providing a little flexibility based on your needs.
Can I sublease my apartment?
We don’t allow subleasing, but we’re always happy to discuss other options if your situation changes.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Yes, we do require renters to carry insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. It’s a small step that provides important protection and peace of mind for both parties.
How do I renew my lease?
Renewing is simple! Just let our leasing office know you’d like to stay, or you can easily select a renewal option directly in your resident portal.
Do you offer affordable housing options?
At this time, we do not offer affordable housing programs at Bloom.
Move-In and Move-Out Support
Are there move-in or application fees?
Yes, there is a $55 application charge per adult. Your move-in fees include the security deposit and any prorated rent for your move-in month.
Are there services to help with the move-in process?
We currently don’t provide move-in services, but our leasing team is always available to answer questions and help you get settled smoothly.
Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying the apartment?
We want your apartment to feel like home, so you’re welcome to decorate. Just no drilling into the ceiling, please! We do ask that you return the unit to its original condition when you move out to avoid any charges.
What happens if I need to break my lease?
Life happens, we understand. Our lease includes a break clause which states that you’ll need to give a 30-day notice and pay a penalty equal to two months’ rent. Alternatively, you may continue paying rent until we find a new resident for your unit.
How much notice is required before moving out?
A 30-day written notice is required before moving out. This gives us time to coordinate and assist with the transition.
What is the process for moving out?
Simply provide your 30-day notice to the leasing office, share your forwarding address, and return your keys once you’re ready. If you’d like, we can schedule a pre-move-out inspection to walk through the unit together.
How long does it typically take to receive the security deposit refund?
We process deposit refunds within 21 business days after move-out. If there are any deductions, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown for your records.
Fees and Payments
How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?
The security deposit ranges from $500 to the equivalent of one month’s rent, depending on your application. It’s typically due before your move-in date.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included in your rent and are billed separately, so you only pay for what you use.
Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?
Our community prefers Spectrum for high-speed internet.
How can I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid quickly and securely through the resident portal or directly at the leasing office.
Are there other fees such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?
Nope. We keep things simple. There are no extra monthly fees for amenities or technology access.
Parking
Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?
Yes! Assigned parking is available for $25 per space. Need another spot? Additional spaces are available for $75 per month.
Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?
Overnight guests are always welcome, as long as they follow community guidelines and respect quiet hours.
Are there EV Charging stations?
Absolutely! We have 14 EV charging stations on-site for our residents.
Maintenance and Requests
How do I submit maintenance requests?
You can submit requests easily through the resident portal, send us an email, or give the leasing office a call. Choose whatever is most convenient for you.
How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?
We aim to address all maintenance requests within 24–48 hours, ensuring your home stays functional and comfortable.
Pets
Do you allow pets in the apartments?
Yes, we’re a pet-friendly community and love welcoming your furry fam.
Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?
There is a one-time $400 pet deposit and a monthly pet rent of $50.
What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?
We do have a no-aggressive-breeds policy in place to help ensure a safe environment for everyone. For more specifics on our breed restrictions, contact our leasing office.
What onsite amenities do you offer to accommodate pets?
You can pamper your pets at our on site pet wash station.
Amenities and Facilities
What amenities are available in the complex?
Our community features a variety of thoughtful communal spaces, including a coworking lounge, Parcel Pending lockers, a clubhouse, sun decks, BBQ area, fitness center, sparkling pool, and private cabanas.
Are there laundry facilities in the complex?
All of our apartments come equipped with in-unit laundry for added convenience. Do your laundry at home in your own time.
Is there bike storage available on the property?
At this time, we do not offer dedicated bike storage.
Do the apartments have high-speed internet access?
Yes. High-speed internet is available and can be set up through Spectrum.
How does package delivery work?
Packages are delivered either to your doorstep or to our Parcel Pending lockers, depending on the carrier.
What floor plans are available at the property?
We offer thoughtfully designed studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments to make sure you find your perfect fit!
Do you offer virtual tours of the apartments?
Yes! You can take a virtual tour to explore your future home from anywhere. Just head to our website, click on “schedule a tour”, and select the “virtual” option.
Are furnished apartments available?
At this time, our apartments are unfurnished. But if you love the style that you see in our apartments, take a look at our Model Furnishings page to shop the look.
Community and Lifestyle
Are there any community events or activities organized?
Yes, we love bringing neighbors together through events that help you meet new friends and even do some networking!
Are there quiet hours in the community?
To ensure everyone can rest peacefully, our quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.
How do I report a noise complaint?
You can send us an email or contact the courtesy patrol call center, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What nearby schools or childcare facilities are available?
Great schools nearby include Washington Elementary, Mater Dei High School, Saddleback High School, and Segerstrom High School.
